What is the American Academy of Nanomedicine?

The AANM is a professional, academic and medical society dedicated to advancing research in nanomedicine. AANM members are experts in the field of nanotechnology, engineering, biochemistry, molecular biology and medicine.

The goals of the Academy are to provide a forum for scientific investigation, communicate new findings and encourage collaboration among the diverse disciplines represented in Nanomedicine.

Submission deadline for Australian consultation on nanomaterials is this Friday
Last November, the Australian Secretary for Health released a public discussion paper inviting consultations on a Government proposal to strengthen regulation of industrial nanomaterials use in Australia. Set on 83 acres of land in beautiful Potomac, Maryland, just outside Washington, DC, the Bolger Center combines form and function for the discerning meeting planner. The Bolger Center is one of the largest conference and training facilities in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

The Bolger Center offers 75 spacious meeting rooms that will accommodate groups of five to 500. The 70,000 square feet of high technology of meeting space consists of classic meeting rooms as well as conference boardrooms and computer labs. Designed with comfort in mind, the 477 hotel guest rooms and suites invite refreshing sleep after an eventful day of training.
